In the collaborative project between “Behsa” and “Behpradz,” two organizations operating in the IT and data center domain, we encountered a significant challenge: a large number of personnel and an outdated organizational structure. Faced with dissatisfaction among some staff members, I initiated the creation of a visual identity guideline and proceeded to ideate and implement a visual identity in the interior design of the company’s 3000-square-meter space. Utilizing organizational colors, new and contemporary materials, creative advertising slogans, and designing a dynamic and creative space, I aimed to boost organizational motivation. These efforts led to increased satisfaction among human resources, prompting team members to commit to the organization. Establishing a human-centric work environment, from design to execution in this project, brought about a tangible improvement in the workplace.
